ACQUISITION: Marcus & Millichap arranges the sale of Solid Storage, a 73,272 SF self-storage facility located in Afton, Wyoming. The property consists of 347 units across approximately five acres and was constructed and opened in September 2025. It includes seven single-story buildings offering drive-up storage units with modern security and access features. Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a regional developer active across the Mountain States, and facilitated the sale to a national self-storage owner and operator. The facility includes gated access with digital keypads, Bluetooth locks, 24/7 video surveillance, asphalt driveways, and roll-up door units, reflecting a newly developed institutional-grade asset.

ACQUISITION: Versal arranges the sale of Lone Star Storage Center located in Odessa, Texas. The asset represents the first ownership transfer since its construction and was previously family owned and operated with decades of strong rental performance. The property features a mix of non-climate and climate-controlled units. Construction highlights include metal and steel construction, concrete drives, gated keypad access, exterior lighting, perimeter fencing, and an on-site office. Additional transaction details were not disclosed.

DEVELOPMENT: Storage Post Self Storage opens a new facility in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York. The state-of-the-art property delivers technology-enabled storage solutions to one of the city’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. The facility includes climate-controlled units, advanced access control systems, 24/7 digital surveillance, online leasing, high-capacity elevators, and spacious loading areas. It also features an on-site retail center offering packing and moving supplies.

DEVELOPMENT: Monster Self Storage, managed by Adams Property Group, opens its first Kentucky facility in Louisville. The facility includes climate-controlled and drive-up storage units, gated access, advanced security monitoring, online leasing and account management, and flexible month-to-month rental options. Miles Tart said the opening reflects the company’s continued expansion and focus on delivering consistent service and operational excellence.
