ACQUISITION: StorQuest Self Storage in Mesa, Arizona, has been acquired in a transaction announced by The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap. The facility comprises 364 storage units totaling 39,225 NRSF on 2.47 acres. Built in 1982, the property is located in a high-traffic trade area near Target and Banner Desert Medical Center. Adam Schlosser, Charles “Chico” LeClaire, Dean Trammell, and Kol Bailey of The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction.

FINANCING: Reliant Real Estate Management secures an $86M refinancing for a nine-property Midgard Self Storage portfolio across Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina. Arranged by Gantry and provided by New York Life Insurance Co., the financing covers 5,975 units totaling 701,206 NRSF. The portfolio includes facilities in Brevard, Covington, Augusta, Fayetteville, Gainesville, Naples, Kissimmee, Spring Hill, and DeLand, and will support the assets through lease-up and stabilization. Andy Bratt, Amit Tyagi, and Sean Kuang of Gantry represented the borrower in arranging the financing.

ACQUISITION: Versal completes the acquisition of McQueeney Boat & RV Storage in McQueeney, Texas, within the San Antonio–New Braunfels metropolitan area. The property totals 35,800 NRSF and includes 58 enclosed parking units, 16 enclosed pull-through units, nine uncovered parking spaces, and two office units. The facility was 84% occupied at the time of sale and features gated access, perimeter fencing, exterior lighting, and concrete and gravel drives.

ACQUISITION: Argus Self Storage Advisors announces the acquisition of Tulsa Solutions Mini Storage in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The 27,050 SF self-storage facility serves the Regency Park and Southern Plaza areas and offers convenient access to the Broken Arrow Expressway and Interstate 44. The asset was acquired by a private buyer seeking to expand its presence in the Tulsa metropolitan area. Jared Jones, CCIM, of Jones Investment Real Estate and an affiliate of Argus Self Storage Advisors represented the transaction between the private seller and buyer.
