NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap negotiates the sale of Pink Door storage & RV in Magna, Utah. A local development partnership sold the 445-unit, 63,630 SF self-storage facility to Zoke Group for an undisclosed price. Located in Magna, the asset was constructed in 2002 and comprises seven single-story buildings with 220 drive-up units, along with covered RV and boat parking. Jordan Farrer and Adam Schlosser of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Outrig acquires East Valley RV & Boat Storage in Renton, rebranding the property as Outrig Storage East Valley. Theresa Skagen sold the long-held family property, which offers canopy and uncovered storage options near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Jon Pollan said the deal marks the company’s 22nd location and its first entry into the Pacific Northwest, targeting strong RV and boating demand in the Seattle metro area.

DEVELOPMENT: Roll Up Self Storage- Lake Life opens at 2836 Hagers Court in Denver, North Carolina. Owned by PC Lake Life, LLC, the 240-unit facility spans 36,570 rentable SF and is managed by Absolute Storage Management. The property offers climate-controlled, non-climate, and parking storage options serving the Huntersville, Cornelius, and Denver communities.

EXPANSION: Absolute Storage Management expands its footprint with the acquisition and management of a facility at 101 Tabb Drive in Munford, Tennessee. Owned by ASI Munford LLC, the property includes 525 units totaling 65,655 rentable SF and operates as an annex to the company’s Atoka location. The facility offers climate-controlled and non-climate units, serving residents and businesses across Munford, Atoka, and Brighton.
