ACQUISITION: Marcus & Millichap arranges the sale of U.S. 30 Storage, a 500-unit self-storage property in Montgomery, Illinois. The 39,660 SF facility at 1400 Bohr Ave. includes 278 storage units and 222 vehicle, boat, and RV parking spaces along U.S. Route 30. Jon Silvers and Sean Delaney represented the seller, a trust, and procured a national real estate investment firm as the buyer.

EXPANSION: Versal arranges the sale of U Store Stuff Mini Storage in Floresville, located within the San Antonio MSA. The facility includes 189 non-climate units, one warehouse unit, and 11 parking spaces, totaling 26,900 net rentable SF. The property, which is 78% physically occupied, was sold with approximately 3 acres of expansion potential and features gated access, perimeter fencing, and an on-site office building.

ACQUISITION: Outrig expands into the Pacific Northwest with the acquisition of East Valley RV & Boat Storage in Renton, which has been rebranded as Outrig Storage East Valley. Seller Theresa Skagen completed the transaction, noting the property had been family-owned for decades before its sale. Jon Pollan, Senior Vice President of Outrig, said the acquisition marks the company’s 22nd location nationwide and its first entry into the region, driven by strong demand for RV and boat storage near the Seattle metro area.

DEVELOPMENT: Owens Cubbies Self Storage & RV opens and places its facility under professional management at 14237 Southeast 29th Street in Choctaw. The 166-unit, 22,300 SF facility is now managed by Absolute Storage Management, under the ownership of Choctaw Storage Investors, LLC. The property offers RV, boat, climate-controlled, and commercial storage options, serving residents and businesses across Choctaw and nearby communities.
