ACQUISITION: The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap arranges the sale of a 63,345 SF self-storage facility in Hurricane, Utah. The 589-unit facility is managed by Extra Space Storage and sits on 3.2 acres with 12 buildings. Jordan Farrer and Adam Schlosser represented the seller, a local self-storage owner and developer, and procured a Utah-based family office as the buyer.

EXPANSION: Winston Self Storage expands Secure Storage Solutions in Winston-Salem. The facility, led by General Manager Gabriel Kelmer, now offers enhanced climate-controlled units, automobile storage, and dedicated boat and RV storage spaces. The expansion strengthens its secure, flexible storage solutions for both residential and commercial customers across the region.

DEVELOPMENT: Self-storage development proposed in Bridgewater, New Jersey. NAN Realty Holdings, LLC has proposed a three-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility with a basement at 360 Milltown Road in Bridgewater. The 85,140 SF project, presented by attorney Michael Silbert and engineer Robert Moschello, is under review by the Bridgewater Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and seeks multiple variances for use, height, and zoning compliance.

ACQUISITION: Marcus & Millichap arranges the sale of Dry Dock & Lock, a 466-unit self-storage property in Crowley Texas. The 2021-built facility spans 200,940 rentable SF across 20 acres at 2300 FM 1187, offering boat, RV, and traditional storage options. Danny Cunningham, Brandon Karr, and Jon Danklefs represented the seller, while Cunningham and Karr procured a Canadian-based buyer.
